Josh, a resident of La Crosse, was originally from Whitehall, Wisconsin. He graduated from Whitehall Memorial High School and went on to study at both Western Technical College and the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, where he pursued his passion for emergency medicine and service to others.
Known for his infectious personality, unwavering kindness, and a deep love for helping people, Josh made a lasting impact through his work as a paramedic at Gundersen Health System. Colleagues remember him as a calming presence during high-stress situations, someone who always went the extra mile—not just for his patients, but for his teammates as well.
